Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an onsite Hardware Engineer in McKinney, TX to support multi-discipline teams on military programs. The role focuses on electronics product design, analysis and production support, with emphasis on EE resources and robust design practices.

You will engage in circuit design, VHDL-based logic development, and integration across FPGA/ASIC domains, with opportunities to learn internal processes, tools, and standards while collaborating across engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience.
• Experience with reading drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Experience documenting test results and repair recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a team member in detailed circuit design.
• Configurable digital logic development using VHDL.
• Functional analysis.
• Functional verification testing.
• Troubleshoot and provide root cause and corrective action to design and process issues.
• Work with engineering and production personnel to resolve issues.
