Job summary

Goddard Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in designing, developing, and validating state-of-the-art medical devices and robotic systems. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, mechanical engineering, software, and quality to ensure seamless electrical integration.

Responsibilities include creating schematics and BOMs, lab debugging, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to advance product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 2–5 years of experience.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, MCUs and sensors.
• Experience with motors and wireless protocols.
• Proficient in PCB design tools and circuit simulation software (SPICE).
• Strong troubleshooting and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create schematics and bill of materials and oversee the layout of these designs.
• Be hands-on in the lab, debugging and building.
• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure successful product development and manufacturing processes.
• Communicate issues and solutions to both internal and external customers.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
