Job summary

SoundOff Signal in Michigan seeks an Electrical Engineer to join the Product Development Electrical Engineering - Sustainment Team. The role focuses on sustaining launched electrical hardware and driving continuous improvements across designs and test processes.

You will revise schematics and PCB layouts using Altium, coordinate lab testing, support harness drawing updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics design theory.

Responsibilities

• Perform project engineering duties for sustaining launched products.
• Revise schematics and PCB layouts using Altium.
• Coordinate in-house and offsite electrical lab testing for new products and changes.
• Support harness drawing design updates with cross-functional teams.
• Develop concepts, drawings, charts, or other project documentation.
• Troubleshoot prototypes and recommend design improvements.
• Provide engineering support for electrical assembly process improvements.
• Read and follow SoundOff Signal work instructions.
