• BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
• Graduated within the last year and able to start by Fall 2027
• Internship/co-op and hands-on experience showing technical and leadership skills
• Ability to earn trust and work in a diverse, inclusive culture
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs

Responsibilities

• Work on applied electronics and electrical engineering including avionics hardware and software
• Engage in hardware-in-the-loop, instrumentation & controls, system test and power systems
• Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations
