The Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC) is an engineering organization that centers on product producibility and mission assurance. It is a vital link in the integrated product development process that allows our company to introduce reliable new products faster, better, and more economically. This position is an onsite located in our McKinney, TX campus.
You will learn and utilize applicable internal processes and tools for the development of system level hardware. In addition, you will learn frequent use and application of technical standards, concepts and techniques. You will gain hands-on experience making recommendations for a variety of technical problems of appropriate scope and complexity, working under general supervision.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
