Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Converting is growing;Electrical Engineer roles span all levels across Green Bay, Waukesha, Madison, with hybrid and on-site options. Relocation assistance may be available.

You will design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems to meet safety, quality, and sustainability goals, collaborating with design teams and field personnel. Ideal candidates have a BSEE, 0–2 years of experience for Level I, and familiarity with Eplan or AutoCAD Electrical, PLC, HMI, and Servo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 0–2 years of experience for Level I consideration.
• Eplan or AutoCAD Electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, Servo.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and components.
• Assist design team in machinery design from inception to completion.
• Provide technical analysis of equipment and perform tests.
• Prepare layouts, schematics, assemblies, and BOMs.
• Support manufacturing/assembly teams and travel to customer sites as needed.
