Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
• No relocation is offered; candidate must reside within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product designs, BOMs, drawings, and specifications for control systems.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes for existing products.
• Resolve production, manufacturing, and testing issues with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to evaluate components and approve them.
• Investigate product quality and reliability issues; document findings for customers.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DFM, and DFA methodologies.
• Perform CAD/FEA simulations and reliability testing.
• Coordinate product verification, validation, and testing with labs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and processes.
