Job summary

GCC & Associates LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer (EE) licensed professional for key roles within the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System projects in Montgomery and Tuskegee, Alabama.

The candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least six years of design and construction experience, with strong communication, language, and software skills to manage complex facilities upgrades, control schedules, costs, submittals and RFIs, and ensure code-compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional electrical engineer with ABET-accredited degree.
• Minimum 6 years of design and construction experience.
• Ability to apply local and federal jurisdiction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management, scheduling, and cost control.
• Review submittals and requests for information.
• Oversee quality assurance, constructability reviews, and safety compliance.
