You will apply NFPA and NEC requirements while developing 3D BIM models and detailed construction documents. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and engineers, guiding junior staff, and delivering code-compliant protection systems for facilities like data centers or manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA101 Life Safety Code and NFPA 72.
• Experience estimating and scheduling mid-to-large projects.
• Design experience with Fire Alarm, VESDA, CCTV, and leak detection.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring staff (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide code-compliant asset protection and life safety solutions.
• Design fire sprinkler, fire alarm, smoke detection, and security systems.
• Create 2D/3D construction deliverables in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
