Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer focused on fabrication and machining in a Muskegon, MI area manufacturing setting. The candidate will bring hands-on electrical and programming expertise across PLCs, SCADA systems, and CAD tools to support production equipment and controls.

Ideal applicants have experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motors, sensors, and drive systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation of electrical distribution below 600V and integration with industrial

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• Experience with electrical/programming in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC, RS Logix & Studio 5000.
• Experience with Wonderware, IFIX & SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems for voltage below 600V.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with industrial robots (Moto man or other).
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and NFPA 79.
• Able to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiar with thermocouples, RTD’s, transmitters and flowmeters.
• Knowledge of frequency drives.
