Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer (II to Senior Principal) in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). You will contribute to or lead the design and development of mixed-signal electronics, PCB assemblies, embedded systems, wireless connectivity, ASICs, and battery-powered devices, collaborating closely with firmware, mechanical, systems, quality, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience designing analog, digital, or mixed-signal electronic systems in a regulated product development environment.
  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and related test equipment.
  • Experience developing and documenting products through formal engineering processes.

Requirements
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience designing analog, digital, or mixed-signal electronic systems in a regulated product development environment
  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and related test equipment
  • Experience developing and documenting products through formal engineering processes
  • Ideally experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, ASIC development, or low-power battery-operated devices
  • Ideally experience with Bluetooth, NFC, RFID, wireless communications, or connected device architectures
  • Preferred experience supporting verification & validation, risk management, FMEA activities, and design controls
  • Preferred experience within medical devices, aerospace, automotive, industrial controls, or other highly regulated industries
  • For senior-level candidates, experience providing technical leadership, driving system architecture, mentoring engineers, and leading complex product development programs is highly desired

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Compensation: Varies based on level and experience (Electrical Engineer II through Senior Principal Electrical Engineer)
