Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs. You will interface with the Test Equipment Lead Engineer and teammates to ensure milestones are met and hardware subsystems are developed and integrated.

The role requires a government security clearance; US citizenship is required. You will contribute to installation designs, documentation, and vendor evaluations within a dynamic aerospace team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience with electrical design and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with 3D models and electrical schematic interpretation.
  • Knowledge of hardware engineering processes and tools such as CREO.
  • Proficient in Windchill/EPDM.

The Work

This position is for an Electrical Engineer role supporting programs in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) area.

As a key member of our Test Equipment Hardware Engineering team, you will:

  • Interface with the Test Equipment Lead Engineer and other Integrated Product Teammates
  • Ensure project milestones and commitments are met
  • Develop and integrate hardware systems/subsystems

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,or otherEngineering related discipline
  • Experience with electrical design and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with 3D models and high level ofproficiency in electrical schematic interpretation
  • Knowledgeable in Hardware Engineering processes and tools such as CREO or similar tools
  • Proficient in Windchill/EPDM
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Engineering Change Control Processes
  • Working knowledge of Agile terms and methodologies
  • Prior Automated Test Equipment/Special Test Equipment experience
  • Circuit Card Design experience preferred
  • Experience with product development or manufacturing test

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
