Salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 USD with annual discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years or more in an electrical/electronics design role. Must be a current practitioner.
• Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems.
• Advanced mathematical skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability work independently and part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering.
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER

Responsibilities

• Design and development electrical system components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems.
• Test and evaluate electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements.
• Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards.
