Job summary

ISG is seeking an ambitious Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering team in Sioux Falls, SD. You’ll bolster power, lighting, low voltage, and control system services for diverse business units nationwide.

You’ll work under the Electrical Lead and collaborate with other engineers, leveraging your PE pathway and Revit skills to deliver multi-disciplinary design solutions and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• PE license or currently pursuing licensure is desirable.
• Strong understanding of building systems, power distribution, and lighting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems for diverse facilities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, and utility companies.
• Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, and diagrams.
• Recommend equipment choices for clients.
• Create construction drawings using CAD/ BIM tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Field measure and document existing buildings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on construction drawings.
