Job summary

Olsson seeks an Electrical Engineer to join our Data Center team. You will design and coordinate electrical systems using Revit, and prepare construction documents and specifications.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, discuss designs with clients, perform calculations, and travel to job sites for observation. A 2–6+ year EE background, a Bachelor’s in EE, and Revit experience are required; EI or PE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Engineer Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• 2–6+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Prior Revit experience required.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer on our Data Center team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating electrical systems using Revit including the creation of Construction Documents and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, performing supporting calculations, meeting with clients to discuss conceptual and final designs, and travel to job sites for observation. Our electrical design services can include power distribution, lighting, and electrical modeling.

You bring to the team:

• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Must obtain Engineer Intern cert OR have Professional Engineer (PE) cert
• 2-6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• Prior Revit experience is required
• Data Center experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail

National Pay Range

$95,000 - $120,000 USD
