Job summary

BLADE seeks an Electrical Engineer to drive innovation in design, development, and optimization of advanced components and systems. You will lead electro-mechanical initiatives, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver clear technical reports to ensure successful launches and long-term performance of products.

The role emphasizes designing control systems, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and enclosure layouts, with hands-on project management and CAD/PLM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s or FE exam strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing control systems including schematics, wiring diagrams, and enclosure layouts.
• PCB design experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with engineering project management tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced control systems and electrical schematics.
• Create wiring diagrams for manufacturing and assembly.
• Develop wire harnesses and BOMs for system builds.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers for 3D enclosure layouts.
• Lead designers and technicians to ensure on-time project execution.
• Manage revision control with PDM software (SolidWorks EPDM preferred).
• Work with RS232/RS422/RS485/CAN/Ethernet buses (experience preferred).
• Support ERP/MRP processes and SAP systems.
