Must-Have Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1–7+ years of professional electrical design experience
- Hands‑on experience with UL508A and/or power distribution systems
- Exposure to power electronics
- Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or EPLAN
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC)
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (TN visa, U.S. Citizen, or Green Card holder)
About The Role
As an Electrical Engineer – Control Systems Design, you will design and deliver advanced electrical and control systems supporting a wide range of industrial and energy‑related applications. This role is highly hands‑on and design‑focused, involving AC/DC schematics, power distribution, grounding, lighting, and low‑voltage control systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams while ensuring all designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing to innovative, sustainability‑driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AC/DC electrical schematics for low‑ and medium‑power systems
- Develop power distribution, grounding, lighting, and control system designs
- Create drawings, specifications, load calculations, and BOMs
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, or EPLAN to produce high‑quality design documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Support continuous improvement through process enhancements and design templates

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000
- Bonus: 10% annual target
