What You’ll Do

• Oversee and coordinate complex electrical installations across a major VA healthcare facility
• Ensure compliance with design intent, National Electrical Code (NEC), and construction contracts
• Provide on-site inspections, quality assurance, and progress monitoring
• Act as the Owner’s advocate — resolving issues, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project success
• Review scopes, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation with precision

What You Bring

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• 6+ years in both design and construction, ideally as a Construction Manager or Owner’s Rep
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and healthcare facility construction (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
