Job summary

Siemens AG in Wendell, NC is seeking an early-career Electrical Engineer to join the PPA Channel Partner Account Manager team. The role blends technical enablement, partner training, and sales support to drive growth with OEMs, integrators, and distributors.

You will coordinate with Sales, Application Engineering, and CRM tools, deliver hands-on product training for SIPROTEC and SICAM, review customer diagrams, and help partners prepare quotations using Siemens digital tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, completed or expected by start date, up to 3 years experience.
Interest in electrical power systems, protection, and automation.
Detail-oriented with data accuracy and continuous improvement.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
Hybrid work in Wendell, NC, travel up to 20%.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Partner Relationship & Growth: support channel partners and collaborate with Siemens sales teams to grow PPA business.
Technical Enablement & Training: plan deliver training using Siemens software to help partners select and configure SIPROTEC, SICAM, and related products.
Technical & Quotation Support: review customer requirements and diagrams to recommend solutions and enable quotes.
Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Business Development, Factories, and Contract Administration.
Sales Excellence & CRM Management: maintain accurate partner and sales data in Salesforce, SieSales, and SiePortal, driving visibility and process improvements.
