Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for Automation Projects in Plano, TX. Onsite position (Commutable from: Plano, McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Carrollton, The Colony, Little Elm, Denton, Prosper)

Are you an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, looking to take technical ownership of complex automation projects, influence electrical standards, and become the go-to expert in a business that builds advanced warehouse automation systems?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity that provides long term development in a senior technical role, leading electrical system projects from concept through deployment, with product-specific training on specialist machinery, automation solutions, and internal processes.

You will be joining a well-established automation and material handling specialist designing, manufacturing, installing, and supporting automated conveyors, robotics, sortation, and shipping systems for high-volume warehouse and logistics environments. Due to continued growth and an influx of electrical work, they are looking to add to their engineering team.

In this role you will produce electrical schematics and I/O lists in AutoCAD Electrical, drive engineering methodologies and system standards, define scope/budgets/timelines with stakeholders, support customers with technical queries, and troubleshoot equipment when needed. Travel is up to 10% and the role is on-site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to lead high-impact automation projects, develop technical standards, and mentor other engineers while continuing to grow their expertise.
