Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience combined with an Associate degree.
- Five or more years of experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V three-phase power distribution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of plant electrical systems.
- Manage capital projects and engineering initiatives.
- Supervise and develop a team of electricians and electronic technicians.
- Partner with teams to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
