Job summary

Trillium Professional is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Mineral Wells, Texas for a direct-hire opportunity. This onsite role features four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with a salary of $75,000–$95,000 annually.

The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, analyze and support electrical and electronic circuits, assemblies and systems for military aircraft programs in a manufacturing setting. Schematic capture, PCB design and robust documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of electrical engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience designing, testing and supporting electrical/electronic systems.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design software (Altium/OrCAD/KiCad).
• Knowledge of analog, digital and power-electronics design principles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and develop electrical design concepts meeting performance, cost, schedule and reliability objectives.
• Design, analyze and support electrical circuits, assemblies and systems.
• Create and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software engineers to define hardware requirements.
• Support PCB design activities including component selection and design validation.
• Develop and execute test plans and verification activities.
• Investigate and resolve production and field issues with electrical hardware and system performance.
• Support change requests and product lifecycle processes.
