Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation in Greenwood, SC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical components and systems for manufacturing processes, including load specifications, hardware layout, and PLC/DCS programming.

You will verify equipment performance against specifications, lead projects with cross-functional teams, and ensure schedules and budgets are met while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• MS in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a production operations environment or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of PLC, DCS and line drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design electrical components, equipment and systems for manufacturing processes.
• Specify electrical hardware and design hardware layouts.
• Program PLC and DCS control equipment and systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor technicians/engineers.
• Verify equipment performance against design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
