Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will analyze test data requirements, design state‑of‑the‑art sensor and instrumentation configurations, and oversee the installation, integration, and monitoring of systems on test aircraft and weapon platforms. You will serve as a key technical advisor, coordinate engineering support, and manage onboard flight test instrumentation projects from inception through execution under various operational conditions.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing sensors, camera installations, data systems, and integrating avionics on aircraft/weapon systems.
• Problem Solving: Ability to perform detailed engineering and data requirements analysis under tight constraints.
• Leadership & Coordination: Strong capability to lead cross‑functional support, draft engineering instructions, and monitor budgets and schedules.

Requirements

• Degree: Must possess a BS in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at a minimum.
• Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
