Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) seeks an Electrical Engineer to perform electrical and system engineering in a military environment, designing and testing components, equipment, and networks for various applications.
The role covers the life cycle from requirements through installation on lab facilities and at-sea platforms. The candidate should have 4–6 years in related fields, strong interconnect experience, and capability to work in a team to meet delivery schedules.
Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services. Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.
Perform electrical and system engineering tasks to include researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks in a military environment. Develops designs for electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic use. Performs trade studies, design and technology assessments for emerging technologies. Candidate will analyze, define and design mainly COTS equipment for new or existing systems or subsystems. Success in this position requires an assertive, confident attitude and a commitment to working as a part of a team to meet critical delivery schedules.
Position spans the technology development life cycle, including requirements generation, system design and implementation, hardware procurement, integration, test, and installation across lab facilities and at-sea platforms.
