Qualifications

• Proficient in circuit design, switchgear, PDU’s, UPS’s, RPP’s design.
• Strong knowledge of NEC rules and standards.

Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Design / Build team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design & development of electrical systems for our modular data centers. Your collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including mechanical engineers and manufacturing teams, will be key to ensuring our systems meet performance, reliability, and cost targets. Related experience in Data Center mechanical and/or fire suppression systems and construction management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the head of engineering to finalize specifications and integrate electrical components, including battery systems, switchgear and ancillary devices.
• Design and develop electrical systems, including single line, schematic design, component selection and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate system performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain documentation, including schematics, specifications and test plans.
• Lead the release process and support the manufacturing team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent job experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical system design, ideally in Data Center or other mission‑critical operations.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, switchgear, PDU’s, UPS’s, RPP’s, ladder and basket rack design.
