Actalent is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. You will manage the electrical scope of work documents, oversee third-party engineering firms, and specify and design electrical systems for facilities and installations.

You will coordinate with automation groups and subcontractors, estimate costs, and prepare RFQs. Strong documentation, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this fully onsite role.

• Provide motor lists and assist in generating general arrangement drawings for electrical layouts.
• Generate instrument lists and specify and order instrumentation.
• Assist electrical subcontractors in creating redline drawings of construction drawings to produce as-built drawings.
• Review documents generated by automation engineers and manage subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain electrical scope of work documents, oversee third-party engineering firms, and specify and design electrical systems. This role requires strong coordination and project management skills to ensure successful completion of electrical installations and related projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
