This role combines hands‑on electrical maintenance expertise with project management and preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal operational performance.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Champion safety initiatives, policies, and procedures across all electrical operations
• Identify and implement solutions for issues related to safety, quality, and production
• Manage electrical capital projects from concept through implementationOrganize and execute downturn maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems
• Update and maintain electrical documentation and schematics
• Provide electrical support for day‑to‑day operations and troubleshooting
