The role requires advanced knowledge of electrical design and drafting tools, with hands-on use of AutoCAD MEP and Revit for 3-D design and permit sets. Create electrical engineering calculations, construction drawings, specifications, reports, and perform other additional duties.
Position’s responsibilities can be learned through on- the-job training.
General knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requires a positive attitude and the ability to orally communicate with internal and external customers. Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills.
Create electrical engineering letters and reports.
Utilize building code and standards.
Perform field investigation audits and site observation reports.
Perform routine assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical engineering practices.
Experience in the construction industry.
