Job summary

Constellation Search Group is recruiting an Electrical Engineer for a full-time permanent role in Minnesota. You will design electrical control panels, create wiring plans, and develop ladder logic schematics.

The position involves setting up and testing telecom devices, power generators, and other electrical systems, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to meet safety and electrical standards. You will design with AutoCAD LT and Eplan, generate BOMs, and write installation

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of electrical or related experience required; 5 years preferred, particularly in industrial control design.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems and engineering.
• Familiarity with electronics, sensors, and signal types (e.g., 4-20ma).
• Proficient with design concepts, procedures, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comply with UL508A, NFPA70, & IEC standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD LT and MS Office; Eplan experience preferred.
• Optional experience with ladder logic software such as Cscape (Horner PLCs).
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
