Job summary

Baisch Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design site-wide power distribution systems and collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and staff. You will travel to client sites for field measurements, lead design portions of projects, and contribute to BIM-enabled drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, continual learning of cutting-edge technologies, and participation in projects ranging from upgrades to state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to obtain field measurements and support new equipment start-up.
• Lead small design projects or portions of large projects.
• Assist in developing construction drawing sets utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks as part of a team on industrial projects.
• Desire to learn and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to generate coordinated projects that meet client goals.
• Develop an understanding of applicable codes and industry standards for power distribution in industrial settings.
