Responsibilities

• Support and drive design projects focusing on design priorities, customer requirements, product growth, and relevant technological trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, high-quality design execution.
• Sustain and refine electrical designs throughout the full product life cycle for reliability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct experiments, perform EVT verification testing, analyze results, and produce clear technical documentation.
• Develop analog circuits and electrical layouts using industry standard tools, defining and evaluating design requirements with project and product leaders.
• Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and drive design projects by maintaining focus on key design priorities, customer requirements, product growth, and relevant technological trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, high-quality design execution.
• Sustain and refine electrical designs throughout the full product life cycle, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct experiments, perform EVT verification testing, analyze results, and produce clear technical documentation.
• Develop analog circuits and electrical layouts using industry standard tools, while defining and evaluating design requirements with project and product leaders.
• Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to build teams and communicate on international level
• Experience with industry requirements, certification (e.g. EN, UL, TÜV, RoHS, IPC)
• Experience using industrial data bus standards (e.g. RS-485, IOLink, ProfiNET, Modbus TCP/RTU, Bluetooth)
• Component operation, selection & usage
• Circuit assembly, test, troubleshooting
• High-speed or RF circuit design & layout
• Test and debug using appropriate tools
• Logic analyzer/Protocol analyzer

Education And Experience

• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical degree
• 2-6 years of professional experience in a related field.
