Responsibilities

• Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
• Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of electrical system requirements into optimized methods for assembly, testing, and maintenance.
• Support the development of automated test fixtures.
• Perform quality inspection and control using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary product development teams.
• Participate in architecting platform electrical and power systems.
• Design, simulate, prototype, test, and maintain production‑mature circuit card assemblies.
• Perform other electrical engineering duties as assigned.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist in the design, assembly, and testing of autonomous vehicles and auxiliary equipment within a portfolio of autonomous maritime products for defense, marine research, and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
• Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of electrical system requirements into optimized methods for assembly, testing, and maintenance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pocasset, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
