Overview

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (E30-2025-23396)

Bowhead seeks to network with an Electrical Engineer to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA.

***This position will require full onsite work at the Bowhead office or Navy installation. No remote opportunity for this contract***

Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment for electronic warfare systems. Duties will include:

• Responsible for directing system engineering of electronic warfare systems
• Prepares and implements directives to ensure effective engineering support, and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A BA/S is required in Electrical Engineering
• We will be looking to hire a mid level (5 years of experience), and a SR level candidate (ten (10) years experience) in electromagnetic system design, analysis and test with U.S. Navy/Joint DE systems including pulsed power, RF, Laser, and CIED systems and components.
