Envisioneering, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering support and analyses of EW systems at NSWCDD.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, Navy EW experience, and a hybrid schedule with 3 on-site days. The successful candidate will map requirements to tests, develop verification artifacts, and interface with Nulka/SKCS programs while coordinating with government leadership.

Qualifications

• Current DoD Secret Clearance required.
• 5-9 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience with Navy EW systems and software feature testing.
• Experience with Nulka or similar programs.
• Mapping requirements to tests using Jira, DOORS, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering analyses of conceptual designs, development equipment, and EW systems.
• Support integration of EW systems with elements and SoS.
• Develop requirements, specifications, and verification activities for EW components.
• Define and revise interfaces between EW systems and integrating elements.
• Review performance and design for improvements and documentation.
• Support EW systems engineering through Technical Interchange participation.
• Interface with Nulka/SKCS programs and liaise between teams and government leadership.

Envisioneering, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering support and analyses of conceptual designs, development equipment, and proposed Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with strong communications and problem-solving skills to work as part of a government/contractor team. Previous experience in software feature testing and/or operations of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, Nulka and/or similar programs and DoD Secret clearance required. This position is a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week required on-site.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

• Provide systems engineering analyses of conceptual designs, development equipment, and proposed Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
• Provide systems engineering support for the integration EW systems with integrating elements (internal and/or external) and/or Systems of Systems (SoS).
• Provide systems engineering support in the development of requirements, specifications, and definition of verification activities for EW Systems and components.
• Support the definition and revision of interfaces between EW systems and integrating elements.
• Review and provide technical comments regarding the performance, design, potential improvements, and/or documentation for EW systems and integrating elements and/or SoS.
• Provide EW systems engineering support through participation in Technical Interchange.
• Interface with Nulka and Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) programs in the lab, and as the liaison between teams and government leadership.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance. *
• 5-9 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Previous experience in software feature testing and/or operations of U.S. Navy EW systems.
• Experience with Nulka and/or similar programs.
• Demonstrated experience with mapping requirements to tests and applicable artifacts utilizing tools such as Jira, DOORS, Confluence, etc.

Education : A Bachelor’s or Master’s technical engineering, science, or math degree. Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $90,000.00 $125,000.00
