Zobility in Maryland is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and troubleshoot electrical systems for cutting-edge projects. You will collaborate with a diverse team to meet project requirements and industry standards, contributing to safety, reliability, and performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years of design experience, proficiency with PCB design tools (OrCAD, Allegro, Altium), and hands-on lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years in an electrical/electronics design role. Must be a current practitioner.
• Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems.
• Advanced mathematical skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PCB schematic and layout: OrCAD, Allegro, Altium.
• Simulation: Matlab/ Simulink is a plus.
• Oscilloscope/ DMM / power supply/ electronics lab equipment usage is must.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering.
