Job summary

TSC Consultants Inc is seeking Electrical Engineers in Cleveland, OH to prepare designs, update drawings, BOMs, and related documentation across projects. You will design, develop, manufacture and test electrical programs and components, while interfacing PLC/HMI and drafting detailed drawings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of related experience, and is proficient in PLCs, ladder logic, and NEC codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of related engineering experience.
• Proficient in PLCs, ladder and control logic.
• Familiarity with NEC and relevant electrical codes.

We are currently looking for Electrical Engineers

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update designs, drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.

• Interface and program PLC/HMI (Automation Direct, Allen Bradley) including the design of schematics and electrical cabinets.
• Draft detailed drawings to request parts for fabrication.
• Work within MRP system to manage and maintain engineering information.
• Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related engineering role.
• Proficient in PLCs, ladder and control logic.
• Knowledge of NEC and other code requirements.
• Proficient in Automation Direct, Allen Bradley, AutoCAD, and RSLogix5/500/5000 preferred.
• Knowledge of FEA, fluid flow, and thermodynamics is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturer of goods.

• Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
