Job summary

Pacer Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Electrical Engineer to own end-to-end PCBA and embedded hardware development. You will design analog/digital circuits, create schematics and PCB layouts, and validate designs with signal integrity analyses and hands-on testing.

The role emphasizes practical hardware prototyping, debugging, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to support product readiness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, prototype, test, and troubleshoot PCBA and embedded electrical hardware systems.
• Develop analog and digital circuit designs based on product and system requirements.
• Create and modify schematics and PCB layouts using Cadence and/or Altium.
• Perform circuit simulation, analysis, signal integrity assessment, and design optimization.
• Conduct hands‑on electrical testing and debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Electrical Engineer responsible for end-to-end PCBA and embedded electrical hardware engineering, including circuit design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with analog/digital circuitry, PCB design, Cadence/Altium, signal integrity, and electrical test equipment.
