What You’ll Do
  • Own the schedule and technical quality of electrical engineering tasks across multiple projects with a specialty in EPMS.
  • Coordinate with multi‑discipline teams to produce installation plans, details, and specifications.
  • Assist with complex design portions, providing on‑site support during startup and construction.
  • Prepare construction documents and ensure alignment with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

Here’s What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience building EPMS electrical systems or I&C.
  • Experience with industry‑standard EPMS platforms such as Schneider EcoStructure, Eaton BrightLayer, or Siemens PowerManager.
  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards.
  • Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
  • Team leadership and client interaction experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of electrical design experience for semiconductors.
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
  • Medium Voltage (MV) design experience.

Salary

The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $155,650.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
