Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and implement electrical and electro-mechanical systems in Austin. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new products and improve existing ones.

The role requires 3–5 years of electrical engineering experience, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and hands-on ability with wiring, BOMs, and PCB considerations. Familiarity with RS-232/422/485, CAN, Ethernet, and PLM/PDM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with electrical system design and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, components, and panel wiring.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to designers and technicians.
• Support engineering projects and help identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Follow established engineering, quality, and project-management processes.
