Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, test, and implement electrical and electro‑mechanical systems. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create new products and improve existing systems.

The role involves developing schematics, wiring diagrams, harnesses, and enclosure layouts, with hands‑on work across analog and digital circuits and BOM management. A strong background in AutoCAD and PLM/PDM is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with electrical system design and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, components, and panel wiring.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control and power systems, including VFDs.

• Perform 2D electrical CAD design using tools such as AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on 3D electrical enclosure layouts.

• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Manage engineering revisions using PDM/PLM systems.
• Work with communication protocols including RS232, RS422, RS485, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and technicians.
• Support engineering projects and help identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Follow established engineering, quality, and project-management processes.
