Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking an Electrical & Electronics Instructor to mentor and train the next generation of technicians. You will lead hands-on demonstrations, diagnose and repair systems, and help expand the curriculum to align with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of practical work experience in the field within the past 10 years (Excludes Teaching).
• Journeyman/Licensed Technician, NCCER Certified Instructor, associate or bachelor’s degree in related field a plus.
• Experience with Residential/Commercial/Industrial electrical systems and controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in an engaging learning environment.
• Lead hands-on training with practical demonstrations and real-world diagnostics.
• Collaborate with the education team to update and develop courses.
• Mentor students on projects and encourage critical thinking and problem solving.
• Instill safety best practices in all classroom activities.
