Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Production Worker for the Farmington, NM area. This contract role (12 months) starts on 1st shift and requires reading and following detailed work instructions, plus adherence to safety guidelines. You will operate hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and document findings.

Cross-training in other production areas is available as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and interpret work instructions (written and verbal) to complete manufacturing and production tasks according to established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
• Read, learn, understand, and comply with all safety requirements, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of hand and power tools following approved methods and procedures to complete assembly and production activities.
• Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Supervisor.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet established standards.
• Identify product defects and complete required documentation when defects are found.
• Rework and/or repair products in accordance with engineering specification changes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other departments and perform additional production-related duties as business needs require.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and used in accordance with established calibration schedules.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Production Worker

As a Production Worker you will:

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $18.00 to $20.82 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
