Job summary

States Manufacturing Corporation seeks an Electrical Drafter to design and document medium voltage switchgear and power distribution systems. You will produce accurate electrical drawing packages and associated documentation for engineered-to-order projects, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of drafting experience in industrial or power distribution environments and is proficient with AutoCAD Electrical.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2–4+ years of drafting experience in industrial electrical or power distribution environments.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and ability to read one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Produce engineering documentation including one-line, three-line, and schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, BOMs.
• Support design documentation for medium voltage switchgear, protection and control systems.
