Actalent is seeking an Electrical Drafter/Designer in Fishers, IN, hybrid schedule with significant Revit work for electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects. You will develop drawings, coordinate BIM, and assist with field updates through the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes desktop drafting in Revit, Navisworks coordination, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver construction documents and coordinated drawings.

Formación

• Professional experience in electrical drafting or design.
• Experience using Revit for electrical drafting, modeling, or design.
• Working knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and develop electrical construction drawings.
• BIM coordination and Navisworks experience is a plus.
• AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Fishers, IN | Hybrid 23 Days/Week | $70K$90K+

Position Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Drafter / Designer to join a growing design team in Fishers, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with

professional electrical drafting/design and Revit experience who wants to expand their technical skills and take on greater design responsibility.

You’ll support commercial and industrial projects while working alongside experienced electrical designers, BIM professionals, and construction teams

from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical drawings and models using Autodesk Revit

• Support the design of power distribution, lighting, low-voltage/data, and related electrical systems

Compensation

• $70,000$90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

• Additional compensation flexibility may be available for candidates with more advanced electrical design and BIM experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.87/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
