Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect electrical distribution products, verify workmanship, and document results against drawings and specifications.

You will work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify defects, support containment and corrective actions, and maintain calibration and quality records on a safe manufacturing floor. Experience with PPE protocols and attention to safety on the shop floor is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate/associate preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing inspection or electrical equipment assembly preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution products preferred.
• Ability to document inspection and test results accurately.
• Knowledge of nonconformance reporting and root-cause analysis preferred.
• Attention to detail and PPE safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products.
• Verify workmanship, dimensions, labeling, wiring against drawings and BOMs.
• Document results with calibrated tools and identify out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Assist with testing within training limits and safety procedures.
• Communicate findings to Production, Engineering, and Quality leadership.
• Identify, segregate, and track nonconforming materials.
• Support containment, rework verification, and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Interpret drawings and following QA procedures.
• Support audits, traceability, and calibration status.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality concerns.
