Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality systems for electrical power distribution equipment, including switchgear and control panels. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes inspection planning, nonconformance investigation, corrective actions, and maintaining quality documentation on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical power distribution products is a plus.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, specs, and test results.

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection plans, quality controls, and acceptance criteria for electrical products.
• Review engineering docs and customer specs for quality requirements.
• Lead or support CAPA activities and root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to mitigate quality risks.
• Maintain quality records and ensure readiness for audits.
