OGI Process Equipment, Inc. in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, seeks an Electrical Designer to create electrical drawings per standards and engineering guidance, while maintaining revision control and the AutoCAD parts library.
You will collaborate with engineering to develop electrical drawing packages using AutoCAD Electrical, assist with field surveys and commissioning of PLC/HMI systems, and help uphold project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
The Electrical Designer will be responsible for creating electrical drawings based on standards and electrical engineer guidance while maintaining revision control. The position will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Electrical AutoCAD parts library and implementing improvements in Electrical AutoCAD drawing standards.

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. The role uses standard office equipment. When in the manufacturing facility, all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields. Protective toe footwear is not required when an employee is in designated walkways in the plant.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing duties, the employee must frequently communicate with employees and must be able to exchange accurate information. The employee must constantly remain stationary for long periods of time while operating a computer and other office machinery. This position may occasionally require moving objects up to 50 pounds and visiting a shop that is a non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles associated with metal fabrication shops.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional hours over 40 may be required as job duties demand.
