Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Designer to review submittals, create and release drawings, and prepare material lists for panel assemblies in Loves Park, IL. The role requires collaboration with mechanical engineering on projects and ensuring design compliance.

The position is full-time and onsite, offering benefits and opportunities to work with suppliers and clients in the water treatment sector.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electrical Design or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCad and/or AutoCad Electrical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate on behalf of the Company while preserving positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review preparation of submittal drawings and data required for customer design approval.
• Create and release new drawings, part numbers and special parts for orders.
• Produce Bills of Material for panel assemblies.
• Produce electrical section of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Design and/or inspect equipment for specification compliance.
• Work with vendors to locate components and obtain quotes.
• Provide technical support to Customer Service, Customers, Sales and Manufacturing.
