You will design and layout substation components using AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D, develop models, generate BOMs, and manage CAD files while collaborating with engineers and vendors.

Overview

Seeking a dynamic Electrical Designer to join a team focused on high voltage, outdoor, and electrical substation projects. This role involves creating detailed 2D and 3D electrical design layouts, supporting engineering initiatives, and collaborating with project teams. Ideal candidates will possess foundational design skills, a passion for learning, and familiarity with relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and layout electrical substations using AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D
• Develop 3D models and assemblies

• Technical school certification or skilled trades training in electrical or civil engineering
• Relevant industry experience is a plus but open to trainable candidates coming out of college
